Positive thinking creates good health.... learn to meditate...

Namaste friends.... here on Healing and Love,  we advise all about how to improve your health... and send positive vibrations of love to all.... positive thinking creates good health.... it is therefore of upmost importance to learn to meditate.... start out with just 5 or 10 minutes per day... ultimately work up to one hour or more in the morning,  and again at evening.... you will accrue many health and spiritual blessings from your meditation practice
